Advanced pasry plated dessert
This dessert is a remake of a famous dessert
by Loretta Fanella, pastry chef of Enoteca Pinchiorri
in Florence.
It is composed of a lemon marshmallow
spirale, blackberry sauce, and a lemon sorbet.
